Preliminary Announcement The 6th European Mars Society Convention, organized by Association Planète Mars, will be held The Convention will take place on the premises of the Institut Polytechnique des Sciences Avancées, an engineering school specialized in aeronautics and space, 24 rue Pasteur, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre (5minute walk from subway stop Porte d'Italie, Southern Paris) MAIN SESSIONS :
Opening debate (Friday Oct 20, 6:30 PM) : Exploring Mars: what are the stakes? What role can play European science and technology? Special evening open to the public (Saturday Oct 21, 8:30-11:00 PM), in French, free admission (limited seating) :
Throughout the Convention, there will be an exhibit of art posters, educative displays, scale models, Martian artwork by artist Manchu ; as well as a book, T-shirt and poster sale. CALL FOR PAPERS :Attendees who wish to make a presentation fitting one of the Convention themes, should send
