Registration to the Convention : (for registrations sent in advance)
Mars Society (MS) Member: 30 euros
Non-member: 60 euros
Under 25: half-price: 15 euros for MS members, 30 euros for non-members
- A 10 euros supplement is charged for on-site registration (applies to all);
- If you are not already a member of "Association Plančte Mars", take advantage of the special Convention rate offered to members, by joining the Association now!.
- You can also become a member during on-site registration for the Convention and thus qualify for the special registration rate.
- To ensure your participation, we strongly urge you to register as soon as possible, since there is limited seating at the Convention.
Registration to the Parisian dinner-cruise (shuttle bus included):
Convention participant: 40 euros
Non-participant: 50 euros
Please note: registrations for the dinner cruise will close on October 1st, 2006
Cancellation policy:
It is possible for you to cancel your Convention and/or dinner-cruise registration until September 16, by e-mail or by letter (postmark should be dated no later than Sep 16). However, a 5 euros fee will be deducted for the Convention (administrative fee) and a 10 euros fee for the dinner-cruise (cancellation policy). Banking charges, if applicable, will also be deducted from your refund.
